Frico: Italian Cheese Cups

Ingredients
- 1c finely shredded parmesan cheese or asiago cheese
- Dried oregano or other herb (ie. Thyme, basil)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with either parchment paper or SILPAT (a silicone baking mat). Take 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese and make a round circle on the parchment paper (2-4 inches in diameter). Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano or dried herbs. Bake 5-6 minutes (cheese will be bubbly). Remove from oven and wait 1 minute or until cheese stops bubbling. Carefully remove Frico from the baking sheet and place over any small container or bottom of muffin tin to shape into a cup (or place on cooling rack to dry).

Serving Size: 1 Frico (parmesan cup or chip)
