Tofu 101
Herb Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pressed and Sliced Tofu
- 1 T Chopped Parsley-Fresh
- 1 T Chopped Rosemary-Fresh
- 1 T Chopped Thyme-Fresh
- 1 T Chopped Fresh Garlic
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 1⁄4 C Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 t Kosher Salt
- 1 t White Pepper
Method:
Place tofu in a baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tofu. Cover and refrigerate Allow to marinate over night
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour off some marinade, so the tofu is covered halfway. Bake 40-45 minutes, without turning, until tofu is golden and most of the marinade has been absorbed This recipe is great for grilled tofu
