Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

Bake and freeze: Preheat oven to 400 oF. Line baking sheet with foil and a small amount of olive oil spray. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Roll the mixture into about 30 small balls. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Freeze and bake: Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Roll into about 30 small balls and place in freezer bag or container. To bake from frozen, bake at 400oF for 25-30 minutes.
