Creamy Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 cup light sour cream
- ½ cup chicken stock, low sodium
- 1- 14oz can diced tomatoes, with green chilies
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ TB chili powder
- 1 TB cumin powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp celery Salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
Directions
Heat slow cooker on low setting. To the slow cooker, add sour cream, chicken stock, diced tomatoes with green chilies and spices. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Makes 10.5 servings
