Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients

1/2c vinegar (ie. Aged Balsamic Vinegar or flavored vinegar)
3T oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
2t honey (or less)
1T minced shallot or 1clove minced garlic
1T Dijon mustard (ie. Grey Poupon Country Dijon)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional: fresh or dried herbs

Combine all ingredients in glass jar or air tight container. Shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
