Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Ingredients

Ingredients
- 1/2c vinegar (ie. Aged Balsamic Vinegar or flavored vinegar)
- 3T oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 2t honey (or less)
- 1T minced shallot or 1clove minced garlic
- 1T Dijon mustard (ie. Grey Poupon Country Dijon)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh or dried herbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients in glass jar or air tight container. Shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
