Ingredients

  • 1/2c vinegar (ie. Aged Balsamic Vinegar or flavored vinegar)
  • 3T oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 2t honey (or less)
  • 1T minced shallot or 1clove minced garlic
  • 1T Dijon mustard (ie. Grey Poupon Country Dijon)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh or dried herbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients in glass jar or air tight container. Shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
