Scoopable Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 3 cups light whipped topping
- ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup reduced fat OR fat free cream cheese, room temperature
- 5 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
- 1 ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Sheet (2 square) of Graham crackers, crushed
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except strawberries and graham crackers. Mix until smooth and uniform. Transfer to 9” pie pan OR baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Top with sliced strawberries and crushed graham cracker. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least one hour.
