• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar Splenda blend
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup water


Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer on low 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently.

Serving size: 1 tablespoon
