Lime Garlic Marinade

Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh (or bottled) lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate fish, seafood, poultry, game (duck breast, quail, etc.), or vegetables. Recipe will be sufficient marinade for 1.5-2 pounds of protein.
