Gazpacho with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 ½ English cucumbers
- ½ red pepper
- ½ lime (juice)
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)
- ¾ tsp Kosher salt
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- ¾ lb shrimp, boiled (or grilled/broiled)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in blender and blend to desired consistency. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Garnish each bowl with 3oz shrimp.
Makes 4 servings
Serving Size: 1- 1 ½ cups + 3oz shrimp
