Ingredients

  • 5 oz of Silken Tofu- drained
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest- grated
  • 1 lemon- juiced
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic- fresh
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ TB Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp of Black Pepper

Directions/Method

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients, and process until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more water.
