No Bake Cheesecake Fruit Dip
- 8oz package Greek cream cheese
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup baking stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, and whisk until smooth and creamy with a hand held beater or stand mixer, scraping down the sides while mixing. Serve cold, or chill in fridge until ready to serve. Makes 2 cups total.
