Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Pressed and Sliced/Cubed Tofu
  • 1⁄4 c Soy Sauce
  • 2 T Maple Syrup
  • 2 T Ketchup
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Dash Hot Sauce
  • 1 T Sesame Seeds
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Black Pepper
  • 1 Green Onion-Sliced

Method:

Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over tofu.
Refrigerate tofu and allow to marinate for several hours
Preheat oven to 375degrees. Spray a nonstick cooking sheet with pan spray
Place marinated tofu on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn tofu and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until tofu is golden brown
