For patients without insurance coverage, Rex Bariatric Surgery offers affordable self-pay options for weight loss surgery. These include laparoscopic duodenal switch, laparoscopic single anastomosis duodenoileostomy (SADI-S), and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic gastric bypass, and laparoscopic conversion of sleeve to duodenal switch. We perform all of our self-pay operations at a UNC REX accredited ambulatory surgery center. Self-pay options start at $8,999 depending on the operation choice.
