Low fat Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp of peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp of Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp of orange zest
- 1 tsp of Soy Sauce
- Salt & Pepper as necessary
Directions/Method
Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix until emulsified. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
