Low fat Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

8 servings (~ 1 ½ TB)

¼ cup Orange Juice
¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp of peeled and grated fresh ginger
2 tsp of Sesame Oil
¼ tsp of orange zest
1 tsp of Soy Sauce
Salt & Pepper as necessary

1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix until emulsified. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
