  • ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp of peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp of Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp of orange zest

  • Salt & Pepper as necessary

Directions/Method

Put all ingredients in a blender, and mix until emulsified. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
