Ingredients

  • 1 TB Shallot – minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 TB Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1TB Chopped Parsley

Directions/Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender except olive oil. Turn the blender on low speed, and slowly add olive oil until the dressing has become emulsified.
