• 1 package frozen shelled edamame (or approx. 2 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp fine sea salt


Let frozen edamame thaw on countertop. Take edamame out of bag and dry with paper towel if needed to reduce moisture. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl. In separate bowl, toss edamame with olive oil. Add the parmesan mixture to the edamame and toss until evenly coated. Spread onto baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 5 additional minutes, or until cheese is crispy and edamame is lightly browned.
