Due to COVID-19, we are adjusting the delivery of our Revision Class offered by Dr. Bolton for the month of April. If you were planning on attending the April Revision Class, please call us to schedule your one-on-one appointment with Dr. Bolton @ 984-999-8041. This appointment will serve as your completed attendance to the revision class. This will be in addition to your psychological clearance! We appreciate your flexibility as we work through this New Normal together!
