“Steaken” Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pressed and Sliced Tofu
- 3 T Soy Sauce
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 2 T Worcestershire
- 1 T Garlic Powder
- 2 T Dried Basil
- 2 T Dried Parsley
- ½ t White Pepper
- 1/8 t Hot Pepper Sauce
Method:
Place tofu in a baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tofu. Cover and refrigerate
Allow to marinate over night
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour off some marinade, so the tofu is covered halfway. Bake 40-45 minutes, without turning, until tofu is golden and most of the marinade has been absorbed
This recipe is great for grilled tofu
