Marinated Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ c Olive Oil
  • ¼ c Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ c Lemon Juice
  • ¼ c Orange Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
  • 3 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken.

Add chicken, marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Grill until chicken is cooked through.

Makes 9 servings
