Egg Casserole with TVP Sausage Crumbles

Use Bob’s Red Mill Textured Vegetable Protein Breakfast Sausage Crumbles to make a delicious breakfast casserole for the entire family to enjoy!
- 2 cups Egg Beaters ®
- ½ cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 oz frozen spinach (1/2 container)
- 1 cup textured vegetable protein breakfast sausage crumbles (see recipe above)
Combine all ingredients except ¼ cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
Pour into an 8” x 8” baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle ¼ cup 2% shredded cheese on top of egg mixture and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes or until center is set.
- This recipe reheats well so that you can enjoy it throughout the week.
- Makes 8 servings
