Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp ground thyme
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground celery seed
Directions
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Rub over 1.5lbs white fish or shrimp OR 1lb chicken.
*Also great on vegetables.
Makes 6 servings
Serving Size: 1/6th of recipe
*6-7 servings for fish & 5-6 servings for chicken, when accounting for water weight of protein
